On October 13, 2023, fortunately, I saw the customer's message on the foreign trade cattle. After reading the message, I replied the email with an excited mood. Through the constant understanding of the email, the customer promised to visit our factory on November 7.
The time came on November 7, and Indian customers came to visit our company. More than 10 am customers came to our company, we are excited to welcome customers from far away. First of all, we came to the conference room together, prepared some special fruits and some drinks for customers, and then we briefly introduced some of our company in the form of PPT, and finally took them to the office to visit, and then took them to the factory to see the equipment, as well as some inspection fixture products. During this process, the customer also asked some questions, which our professional team also answered for them.
Before leaving the factory, we took a picture together at the company gate, We were very happy.
After taking pictures with the company, we went to the restaurant for lunch. We ordered some local special dishes, although it was only some simple dishes, but it contained Chinese cultural traditions. In the restaurant, we also talked a lot with customers, such as: national culture, food culture, family, interests and hobbies, work and so on. After the meal, we booked a special car to send the customer back to the hotel to rest, before parting, we also took photos and expressed our thanks.
