On December 7, 2023, at 7:50 AM, we held a morning meeting for apprentices in the large conference room on the third floor of the office building. The apprentices participating in this activity are from the project department, Marketing Department, manufacturing Department, etc
The activity is divided into the following processes. First, the two hosts introduce themselves and take the lead in Shouting the company slogan together after the introduction. The second is to start today's morning exercise, this morning exercise is a simple warm-up activity, although this is only a simple morning exercise, but also can wake up the spirit of the activity personnel, so that they can be more concentrated in the next sharing to listen to the content shared by the host. And that brings us to the most important part of this morning's event: story sharing. Our first host shared the content is about optimism, positive, he said in the work is also the case, we need to have an optimistic spirit, in the face of some setbacks and difficulties in the work, a different Angle to think, change the attitude to face, with an optimistic attitude to face, in order to let us go forward in life, work. The second host shared something about goals and persistence. We have ideals in life, there are goals, in order to promote us to love life, love work, but also need to have the spirit of perseverance, after a clear goal, plus their own persistence, can continue to move towards their goals. Finally, the host also invited two other small partners to make a simple evaluation and sentiment for everyone.
Although this is only a simple morning meeting activity, it can allow young people from different departments to get together, share some inspirational stories, and have more exchanges between department staff. These are able to enhance the understanding between personnel, as well as the emotion between departments.
